«Consumers book» - is a short reference book, original operating manual of dry-cleaners. The information is placed here which will become necessary for a client at the moment of garments handing over for cleaning, which will help to find your bearings in the dry-cleaners possibilities and to avoid unnecessary arguments and conflicts.
